By downloading or using LiftTrakr (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Service

LiftTrakr is a fitness tracking application that helps you log and track your workouts. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

LiftTrakr offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, LiftTrakr Premium, which unlocks the Programs feature.

Price: $4.99 USD per month, or the equivalent in your local currency as shown in the App at the time of purchase

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (on iOS) or Google Play account (on Android) at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings after purchase; on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and on Android, Google Play → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

LiftTrakr is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated workout suggestions are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create in LiftTrakr. We claim no intellectual property rights over your workout data. You grant us permission to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiftTrakr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or physical injury.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
