Delete Your LiftTrakr Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the LiftTrakr app. Follow the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
- Open the LiftTrakr app on your device.
- Tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account credentials (email address)
- All workout history and logged sets
- All personal records and progress data
- Your profile and settings
No data is retained after deletion. Deletion is processed immediately.
Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can also request account deletion by emailing us:
LiftTrakr@gmail.com
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
